腹は減ってもいくさはできる!
ここ1年、原則として平日はランチ抜き、土日も2食で、そのうち1回が食べ放題...というパターンが続いてる。でないともたないから。
週末にしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題へ。
揚げ物系やピザよりはローカロリー。
ただ何と言っても食べ放題だからね。その分どこかで帳尻を合わさないと再びマツコ化するから要注意。
しかし世の中には食べ放題の店が多すぎ。
2千円で余裕でお釣りがくる店ばかり。
金曜から日曜の3日間で30キロ走ったからまあいいけど、運動してなかったらえらいことになってるだろうなー。
で、きょうのランチはこれ。
行きつけのマッサージ店の店長に「別人の体になってきましたね」と言われている私。食べ放題で身を持ち崩しては、1年余の努力がフイになる。「腹は減ってもいくさはできる」と思い、節制しなくちゃ。
