祝日はきついランチ抜きダイエット
きょうはサブデスク。定時ニュースを書くのが主な仕事。ゆえに退屈。しかも祝日だとニュースが乏しい。さらに退屈。
ランチ抜きダイエットを始めて8か月。
もう普段は平気なのだけど、祝日とサブデスクが重なる日は、ヒマだから空腹を感じるんだよねー。
歯磨きをして「食べた気分」にもっていこうとしたのだけど、きょうはきついわー。
でも自分に負けなかったよ。
吉野家の牛すき鍋膳に心を動かされたけどガマン。
「元に戻っていいのか?このブタ野郎!」と自分で自分に罵声を浴びせ、自動ドアの前に立とうとする弱い自分をなんとかセーブした。(ふー)
このラーメン屋も旨い。
でも、「デブと批判した一部の今治市民を見返さなくていいのか!」と、のれんをくぐりたくなる気持ちを瞬殺。(ふー)
本を出すだけが夢への階段じゃない。ビジュアルもマシにしないと外の世界で戦えないもんね。
