減量6か月...15キロ減!
GWに一念発起してダイエットを始め、きょうで6か月。98キロの超デブ状態から83キロへと15キロ減量に成功。
仕事でベストを尽くしたあと、アフターファイブに自分用の取材&原稿執筆。
それに加えて、写真右上のフィットネスクラブに出かけては、週4~5日トレーニングする毎日は結構タイトでストイック。ランチもほぼ抜いてるしね。
ただ、ランチを抜くと、牛丼とかラーメンとか、回転寿司などが食べられなくなるのがツライ。
そこで、久々に100円寿司に行ってきたよ。お~、何とも懐かしく、かつ、庶民的な味。おいしさとかを通り越して、「100円寿司だな」と思えるのがイイ。
15皿食べて1575円。いいわぁ~。
しかし15キロ減では不満足。
次の目標は「今年中に20キロ減」。ここからの5キロはきついけど、今年は何も達成できてないダメな1年なので、78キロまで絞り「これだけはやった」感を味わいたい。
